Proper Insurance Agency is pleased to announce its forthcoming merger with Scarbrough Medlin & Associates. The merger is scheduled to officially take place on November 1, 2022. On or before that date, Proper Insurance Agency will begin conducting its practice as Scarbrough Medlin & Associates.

Proper Insurance Agency began its professional practice in 2018. Its growth since that span of time has been predominantly internal, stemming from referrals by its valued clients and those of other professionals, and has been in no small way also directly related to the success its clients have experienced in its service to them.

Due to that growth and a desire to continue a tradition of excellence in service, Proper Insurance Agency determined to seek an affiliation with Scarbrough Medlin & Associates, trusting the combined organizations to deliver a wider array of markets, services, and depth of resources to its clients.
